7. Choices, Requests and Privacy Contact

Users may contact the Company to review, correct, update or request deletion of their Personal Information, or to request restrictions on its use or disclosure, subject to applicable law. Requests should clearly describe the information concerned and the action requested. The Company may need to verify the requester's identity before acting. Where processing is based on consent, Users may decline to provide information or withdraw consent by contacting the Company. This may prevent the Company from providing the Services or completing a verification that requires that information. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Users may update information through available account features. Requests that cannot be completed through those features may be sent to the privacy contact below. The Company will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason why a request cannot be fully fulfilled, including a legal requirement to retain particular records. Information is not exempt from a request solely because it is technically inconvenient to change or remove. Users may stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting the Company. The Company will process requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Necessary administrative communications about the Services may continue. Subject to applicable law, Users may also request that their Personal Information not be shared for third parties' direct marketing. Medical, financial and identity information should be provided only where specifically required for an authorised verification and through the designated secure process. Users must not submit unlawful or obscene material. ### Changes to This Privacy Policy The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version and its last-updated date will be displayed through the Services. Updates take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change in processing, the Company will provide that notice or obtain that consent. Continued use does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
